Feathered Acres Heritage Poultry – Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through Feathered Acres Heritage Poultry.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
Fertile Hatching Eggs
Fertile hatching eggs are biological products and successful development or hatching cannot be guaranteed.
Our breeding pens are fertility-tested throughout the breeding season. Any fertility percentages supplied or advertised are based on testing undertaken by Feathered Acres Heritage Poultry under our own incubation conditions.
Fertility results do not represent a guaranteed hatch rate.
Once eggs leave our property, factors including transport, temperature, handling, storage and incubation practices are outside our control.
Offspring
Photos displayed on our website or social media may show our current breeding stock or previous offspring.
While we breed toward the recognised characteristics of each breed, we cannot guarantee the:
- sex
- exact colour
- markings
- pattern
- size
- temperament
- exhibition or show quality
of individual chicks produced from fertile eggs.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing fertile eggs does not guarantee show-quality offspring.
Availability
All fertile egg orders are subject to availability.
Because our products are produced by live animals, laying rates and fertility can vary.
Orders may occasionally need to be delayed due to:
- reduced egg production
- seasonal changes
- fertility results
- breeder health or welfare
- extreme weather
- other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If this occurs, we will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.
Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- names
- email addresses
- telephone numbers
- postal addresses
- delivery information.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information displayed on our website is accurate.
