We offer Australia Post Express Post for fertile hatching eggs to suitable destinations within Australia, along with local pickup by arrangement.

Postage Prices

Postage is charged per order, including orders containing more than one breed:

• 1 dozen: $40

• 2 dozen: $55

• 3 dozen: $70

• 4 dozen: $85

All prices are in Australian dollars. Please contact us before ordering more than four dozen so we can confirm packing and postage arrangements.

Dispatch Days

We only post fertile eggs on Mondays and Tuesdays to help minimise the chance of parcels sitting in transit over a weekend.

The dispatch week selected when ordering is the week we expect to post your eggs. It is not an arrival date.

Our eggs are collected fresh, and availability depends on laying rates, fertility testing and existing bookings. If we need to change your dispatch timing, including due to a public holiday, we will contact you.

Tracking details will be provided once your parcel has been lodged.

Packing and Delivery

Eggs are carefully selected and packed using protective Eggspress Safe cartons to help protect them during transport.

We use Express Post to minimise time in transit. Delivery times vary by destination and are outside our control. Express Post does not guarantee next-day delivery or the viability of fertile eggs.

Local Pickup

Local pickup from Martindale in the Upper Hunter, NSW is available by arrangement.

Please select pickup at checkout and contact us to organise a suitable collection time. Your selected dispatch week also applies to pickup orders unless we agree otherwise.

Please wait until your eggs are confirmed ready and a collection time has been arranged before travelling.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is only available to eligible addresses where it is offered at checkout. Please contact us to confirm delivery arrangements.

Your Delivery Address

Please check that your postal address and contact details are complete and correct before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once a parcel has been lodged, we may be unable to change its destination.

Fertility and Hatching

We regularly test fertility within our own breeding pens. However, purchasing fertile eggs does not guarantee chicks or a particular fertility or hatch rate.

Transport, handling, temperature changes, storage and incubation conditions can affect egg development. These factors also apply to eggs collected in person.

Damaged or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel or eggs arrive damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and affected eggs.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact us so we can assist with tracking and any applicable Australia Post enquiry.

We assess issues individually in line with our refund policy and any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes those rights.
