A Little About Us

Feathered Acres started from a simple love of chickens and quickly grew into something pretty special. What began with a few chooks has turned into our little heritage poultry breeding program here in the Upper Hunter, NSW.

We’re a small family run operation, raising our birds alongside everyday farm life, kids underfoot and usually far too many eggs in the incubators. 😂🐣

We’re passionate about beautiful heritage breeds, healthy birds and continuing to learn and improve our breeding program along the way. We’re not trying to be the biggest breeder we simply want to raise quality birds we’re proud of and share our love of poultry with others.

Thanks for following along and supporting our little corner of the farm. 🤎
